helpful staff patient service delicious food comfy bed
I found the staff very helpful. They showed patience and were very accommodating. The local food was particularly delicious. The restaurant opened early. My room included a comfy bed and hot water with great pressure in the shower.
The building layout require a walk through confusing corridors from the front desk.

Convenient Stay Near Atocha
train station quiet room comfortable bed flowing shower
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station. This made my travel connections quite simple. The room itself was quiet and spacious. I found the bed to be comfortable. The shower was also a highlight. It flowed quickly and consistently.
The layout of the buildings was a little unusual. It required a walk through corridors to reach the elevators for the rooms.

The breakfast included a good coffee machine. It made getting a caffeine fix very easy each morning. The breakfast room staff were very attentive. They offered items to guests before closing the bar.

moldy room broken air conditioning
the staff was nice and the beds where comfy.
My room smelled moldy and damp, i really felt let down. The air conditioning barely worked. I could not sleep because IT was TOO hot. i also found hairs in the shower, which really grossed ME out.
