i definitely enjoyed the amenities! the 24-hour gym includes modern working equipment. i used the swimming pool, it is a nice size. there is a nice bar and lounge area. the breakfast had a good experience!!!
the location is great, but the street can get a bit noisy at times.

The lobby area included facilities to have a drink. The food was excellent. The spa and pool were great and I used them.
The room had no heating and this was a major issue. There were no bathrobes or slippers provided for the bathroom. The reception desk was unreachable and every time I called the front desk, no one answered.

the hotel location is very convenient near the center and the train station. dinner and breakfast service hours are good especially when arriving late i could get dinner at 10:30pm. the staff were helpful . the hotel boasts modern and clean facilities i found that to be true.
the minibar in my room was not as well-stocked as i hoped i expected more variety. i had to request additional items for the minibar which took a little time.

A Truly Luxurious Experience
awesome spa
The spa and pool area were pristine. It had awesome decorations and the pool was super relaxing. I especially liked the new hotel, it was clean and everything worked well. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I appreciated their service.

The rooms were spacious. I had a beautiful king room. the location was easy to get to from the central station. the lobby and bar areas looked lovely, very inviting. the staff were friendly, ready to help me check in early after i arrived around noon.
the in-room coffee machine made a very weak brew! i wish there was a stronger option.

dusty areasslow service
the room was not as clean as i expected , some areas were dusty. the minibar was empty upon arrival , i had to call to have it stocked. the service at the bar was slow , even when it wasn't crowded. i waited about 20 minutes for a drink. the location is not really close to the city center , expect to walk for at least 25 minutes to get to the main attractions.
