modern equipment swimming pool nice bar good breakfast
i definitely enjoyed the amenities! the 24-hour gym includes modern working equipment. i used the swimming pool, it is a nice size. there is a nice bar and lounge area. the breakfast had a good experience!!!
the location is great, but the street can get a bit noisy at times.

The lobby area included facilities to have a drink. The food was excellent. The spa and pool were great and I used them.
The room had no heating and this was a major issue. There were no bathrobes or slippers provided for the bathroom. The reception desk was unreachable and every time I called the front desk, no one answered.

superb hotel stay
convenient location dinner service helpful staff modern facilities
the hotel location is very convenient near the center and the train station. dinner and breakfast service hours are good especially when arriving late i could get dinner at 10:30pm. the staff were helpful . the hotel boasts modern and clean facilities i found that to be true.
the minibar in my room was not as well-stocked as i hoped i expected more variety. i had to request additional items for the minibar which took a little time.

my room included two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower ensuring convenience. i had a superior king room church view it was equipped with a work desk and ergonomic chair. the room provided a safe and ironing board.

The location was excellent near tram 71 and the trains. it made getting around very easy! the staff were very friendly. I found this so helpful.
the steam room wasn't working , though i was looking forward to it.

A Truly Luxurious Experience
The spa and pool area were pristine. It had awesome decorations and the pool was super relaxing. I especially liked the new hotel, it was clean and everything worked well. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I appreciated their service.

The room was quite spacious and hygienic. I noticed the room had night lighting in the bathroom. This activated when approaching the door. It provides convenience during night visits, ensuring safety, which I thought was thoughtful.

The breakfast was amazing. They provided excellent choices with lots of variety! The music added a super relaxing touch. The hotel also features several closed-off spots where guests can sit quietly with coffee.

spacious rooms central location friendly staff
The rooms were spacious. I had a beautiful king room. the location was easy to get to from the central station. the lobby and bar areas looked lovely, very inviting. the staff were friendly, ready to help me check in early after i arrived around noon.
the in-room coffee machine made a very weak brew! i wish there was a stronger option.

underwhelming stay
dusty areas slow service
the room was not as clean as i expected , some areas were dusty. the minibar was empty upon arrival , i had to call to have it stocked. the service at the bar was slow , even when it wasn't crowded. i waited about 20 minutes for a drink. the location is not really close to the city center , expect to walk for at least 25 minutes to get to the main attractions.
