perfect location super clean room helpful staff

the location was perfect. it was just a short walk from the train station and about 20 minutes to stephansplatz. the rooms were super clean and i really appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel. the staff were really nice, always eager to help with any questions i had

I found a really convenient location close to the City Airport Train! Check-in was simple, and the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere felt so cute! My room was ultra clean, offered lots of space, and included effective air conditioning. I enjoyed a quiet night's sleep!

The ground floor foyer was not excellent and didn't create a great first impression.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. They enhanced my experience. I found the location to be very convenient, with easy access to transportation. The room was quite spacious and well kept. It.

The ventilation system in my room was very loud, so it was difficult to sleep. On one night, a party in a venue within the building added to the noise issue.
