i found the breakfast buffet quite amazing , it had a wide variety of options. the staff was professional and helpful. our room looked exactly like the photos , i really enjoyed it.

the breakfast buffet seemed adequate. a fairly standard selection of items was available.
the tv situation was dismal. barely any channels worked. also the in-room wifi kept cutting out, a major inconvenience when i needed to check my emails.

quiet rooms super clean clean comfortable bed breakfast options
I appreciated the spacious, quiet rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean. the bed was indeed comfortable. the bathroom included both a bath and a separate shower. the breakfast buffet offered many options. It was easy to find something to enjoy.
The internet connection was somewhat unreliable. I experienced occasional drops in service.

The beautiful king room felt spacious and elegant. The opulent marble bathroom was a definite highlight. I found the super comfortable bedding allowed deep sleep.

wonderful room and service!
clean room attentive staff
the room was very clean and spacious. the hotel lobby was huge and well maintained. the staff are all attentive and helpful.
the pool is only open until 7 pm, which i found disappointing! after dinner, there wasn't an option to relax and unwind besides being in the room.

the room had ample space plus a comfortable pillow! the room provided large, free bottles of pure water daily from the cleaning staff. the closet offered lots of hangers.

the front desk staff was enthusiastic and patient at check-in. they explained most of the check-in information! the doorman helped with luggage and told us the shuttle bus schedule to kl sentral.

The room was wonderful. i liked the strategic location, it avoided the city noise. i also appreciated the two sinks in the bathroom. It added convenience.
