lobby views complimentary drinks coffee machine
the lobby is on the 41st floor it offered great views. there were complimentary drinks in the fridge. a self-served coffee machine was on each floor.
parking cost extra i paid rm18 for 24 hours validation by the hotel.

Fantastic stay!
spacious room stylish decor comfy bed convenient walkway
The room was spacious and stylish (I really liked the decor). The bed was super comfy, made for great sleep. I also appreciated the nice pool and aesthetic interior of the hotel. The walkway to the lrt station was very convenient too.
The parking fee was a little high, but everything else was great!

spacious room clean bathroom international dishes respectful staff
My room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom included all necessary comforts. Breakfast offered an amazing variety of international dishes. The staff was consistently courteous and helpful.
The coffee machine located on my floor had limited options. I prefer a wider selection of blends.

Inconsistent Service, A Mixed Experience
missed birthday arrangement subpar cleanliness
The staff failed to deliver on a promised birthday arrangement. I was told by email a cake and card would be provided, but nothing happened. How thoughtful! Cleanliness was subpar. The bathroom clearly needed more attention and better hygiene.

Acceptable stay with some shortcomings
delayed check-in limited selection
check-in was delayed. i arrived at the hotel expecting my room to be available at the check-in time, but it was not ready. this was inconvenient because i had planned my schedule around that time. also, the variety of breakfast options was limited. i expected a wider selection (especially given the hotel's rating), but i found the choices repetitive.
