The room was spacious and stylish (I really liked the decor). The bed was super comfy, made for great sleep. I also appreciated the nice pool and aesthetic interior of the hotel. The walkway to the lrt station was very convenient too.

The parking fee was a little high, but everything else was great!

The staff failed to deliver on a promised birthday arrangement. I was told by email a cake and card would be provided, but nothing happened. How thoughtful! Cleanliness was subpar. The bathroom clearly needed more attention and better hygiene.

check-in was delayed. i arrived at the hotel expecting my room to be available at the check-in time, but it was not ready. this was inconvenient because i had planned my schedule around that time. also, the variety of breakfast options was limited. i expected a wider selection (especially given the hotel's rating), but i found the choices repetitive.
