good locationcomfy bedclear communication
the location is good, a bus stop is just steps away. the bed felt super comfy, i slept well. communication with the hosts was very clear, i appreciated the detailed instructions.
The exterior appearance was a bit uninviting. It could use some attention.

the tea making facilities were comprehensive. i found a complete range of teas and milk. toiletries were locally made, a nice touch. i liked that the host provided recommendations for activities and local eateries.
the entrance door into the ground floor bedroom had a 2' gap underneath it. this meant it was noisy when people congregated in the hallway. it also made it very cold. the bathroom looked nice, but it was small and had issues with some facilities not working.

My room was clean and warm, especially important during winter. the hotel location was good for exploring the city. I could walk everywhere. i recommend staying here. Everything was super clean.
the room was a bit small, and the bathroom door sometimes wouldn't stay closed, a little inconvenient. it was a minor issue overall.
