i found the staff very friendly. estel at the reception desk was particularly nice and helpful, as were her colleagues. the hotel is on a nice quiet street, allowing an easy walk to the main street. the location was perfect and several restaurants are just around the corner
i noticed the hotel doesn't have a lift. hauling suitcases over multiple changes to the floor level proved a small inconvenience
