great choice attentive housekeeping lovely staff
the breakfast had loads of choice, i was very pleased. housekeeping was above excellent and very attentive to my needs. room 302 on the 3rd floor was ideal and antoinette was wonderful. the staff were also faultless from reception to the bar.
the ventilation noise was constant, it did get on my nerves.

the breakfast was excellent i noticed plenty of choices that included both english and continental options the location was also good for access to transport i walked to the city centre and shops
the swimming pool lacked enough loungers i ended up sitting on a chair the pool floor was also dirty i did not see anyone clean it during my time there

coffee facilities plesant food
my beautiful king room included tea and coffee facilities. a hairdryer was also available in my room so i did not need to request one. the food and bar area was pleasent and i enjoyed the available choices.
the ongoing digging outside did make it difficult to access the building on foot, but was not a big problem for me.

A MARVELLOUS STAY
spacious room clean room great value friendly staff
I discovered a VERY spacious, clean room. The complimentary items included in the price provided great value. The breakfast offered SO much choice, so I found it lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
i noticed the tea and coffee making facilities did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this calibre. the shower felt a bit cramped.

Reception staff gave clear information about the room. Euan at reception assisted with questions about early check-in. Staff were friendly and efficient. The staff's professionalism made the arrival process smooth.

The room included a king-size bed. I enjoyed plenty of space. The room included ample set of bathroom accessories. An iron and hairdryer was available, useful.

The hotel stands near Central Station. Buchanan Bus Station is close too. Train, taxi, and bus stops are nearby. Guests CAN easily walk to various places.

I found the breakfast choice fantastic and the food was excellent (especially the sausages). the staff were all very polite and helpful. the hotel was very clean everywhere, which i really appreciated.

central location helpful staff excellent breakfast missing phones exclusive app automatic lighting
the location was central. the staff were helpful and friendly. the breakfast choices were excellent and varied.
there were no phones in the room, even for emergencies. this hotel is only for users of the bonvoy app, i find this approach exclusionary. not all the room lights can be turned on and off as i liked, a 'automatic' feature turns the lights off and on.
