The room was very spacious and included some decent amenities. I was actually surprised. The sky pool is amazing. This was the main reason for my choice. The views are lovely both from the room and the sky pool.

mixed experience , lift issues

slow liftsno hot water

the lifts were a real problem. i waited a long time, sometimes standing in line , just to get on one. there are only four lifts for 53 floors , that seems insufficient. another issue was the lack of hot water , it wasn't working when i arrived and despite promises , it never got fixed.
