warm welcome comfort room complimentary prosecco
The staff welcomed me warmly and offered drinks upon arrival. my comfort double or twin room was well-arranged. the lobby provided complimentary prosecco and coffee. It was a nice touch.
the thermostat in my room had a very bright blue light that was difficult to cover!

nespresso machine luxury towels
the room had a nespresso machine and also included a selection of teas. the bathroom featured underfloor heating and luxury towels it was nice.
the christmas decorations was underwhelming, there was only one small christmas tree in the lobby.

satisfactory experience
friendly staff tidy room missing sunglasses inconvenient loss
the hotel was immaculate. the staff were very friendly. we were offered drinks in the foyer. upon entering the room it was tidy, well presented and light.
unfortunately my sunglasses went missing . this was inconvenient. i did report it but nothing was found. it was disappointing.

Really good Boutique Experience
high standard helpful staff tech features
This hotel maintains a high standard. The staff was very helpful. The Comfort Room offered various tech features i found quite nice (light switches near the bed and automatic nightlights). The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood made getting around easy.
I noticed a slight delay in addressing a minor maintenance issue within the room. It took a bit longer than expected to resolve, although it was eventually handled well.
Facilities

The hotel features modern design and cleanliness in all areas. There are helpful and informative staff available to assist with any questions or requests. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom provided added convenience when traveling (i brought only a small bag!).

The room offers a comfortable bed and modern design. I liked the silent atmosphere. The bathroom includes great bath products plus prompt cleaning services. I thought that the room was well-equipped with numerous tech features. Even the toilet had space-age lighting upon entry.

The hotel provides a connected restaurant that offers an affordable breakfast buffet. I found the buffet great (especially the fresh pastries!). The hotel always had free drinks and cake available in the lobby .

The hotel is situated on a quiet street, and i thought it was a safe neighborhood. It's within walking distance to many of the city's attractions plus metro stations. The area has various nearby restaurants for dining options too.
