attentive team drinks voucher wine bottle ideal location
the team was attentive , especially arina and artem . i received complimentary water and a drinks voucher upon arrival. a complimentary bottle of wine also sat in my room , a lovely surprise. the location proved ideal , near many restaurants and charles bridge.
i noticed the walls seemed thin , i heard some noise from neighboring rooms , it was a bit disruptive.

the breakfast buffet featured a nice variety of food choices , i found options to suit my tastes. coffee and tea making facilities exist in the room, i enjoyed this amenity. free prosecco was available , such a treat.

excellent access complimentary water nice voucher
This location offers excellent access to key attractions. The staff provided complimentary water bottles, which I found thoughtful. The hotel gave a welcome drink voucher for Café Louvre. It was a nice touch. I appreciated a small fridge magnet as a departure souvenir.
The room lacked air conditioning. I found it quite uncomfortable during hot weather. The hotel provided a fan, however a permanent air conditioning system is preferable.

the location is good. i could easily walk to many sights. the staff provided information as needed. breakfast offered a good selection. i also received a nice complimentary bottle of wine.
the room was quite small. there wasn't enough space for luggage storage. this.

Some Issues Detracted from My Time There
small room external noise
The breakfast was pretty good with a lot of choices.
The room I stayed in felt cramped. It also did not have air conditioning so I had to open the windows. There was considerable noise outside late at night, and it made it hard to sleep.
