The maze-like layout made navigating the different floor levels initially challenging, especially with the small, aged elevators.

The reception staff provided a very warm welcome and guidance. They helped me settle in quickly, a great start. Ahmed provided excellent support, especially with language assistance. I received a complimentary welcome drink in the restaurant, a nice touch.. The service.
The lift seemed a bit small and slow. It sometimes took a while to arrive, so I had to factor in extra time when planning to go to different floors.

Excellent Stay in the City Center!
clean room spacious room excellent location
Ahmed greeted me warmly upon arrival. He provided useful city information. My room was very clean and quite spacious. The location proved excellent. It was central to many main attractions. Eliska and Anna were very helpful at departure. They stored my luggage and gave me a parting gift.
The television offered limited channels. There was only one German TV channel available. I would have liked to see more variety.

The breakfast had many options to choose from. It included fresh bread, cheeses, eggs, and vegetables. The staff kept everything clean and well-stocked. The food was AMAZING!!!

Really good Stay!

I arrived early and Ahmad directed me to Anna at reception, so nice of him. She greeted me with a free prosecco voucher and took me to my room, even though it was before check-in time. I even got a Prague Pass that gave me discounts to local spots, so awesome!
I gotta say, the rooftop bar door was locked initially. It meant I had to go back down and use the lift to access the bar. That's a little annoying and should be looked at to improve things .

The room had a fresh scent and a clean bed with a soft mattress. A complimentary bottle of red wine was left as a welcome gift for me and my companion. The minibar was stocked well with a good selection of items at fair prices. The bathroom had excellent hot water pressure and nice toiletries.

Breakfast included a station with fresh bread, hot porridge, and both tea and coffee. A cool chocolate fountain was also available to all the guests. The selection included cheeses, fresh eggs, and also vegetables. The staff kept the area well-stocked and always clean.

The hotel is located conveniently with a short, twenty-minute walk to the town center. It made it easy to get to and explore the area attractions. Nearby there are multiple restaurants to visit. It is very easy to discover the city by foot.

Alishka at check-out was very nice and kind. She gave me a keepsake magnet, a bottle of water for the road, and a discount voucher for my next stay. Other staff members were always ready to help with questions. They were all very friendly and quick to help with every need.

The lobby had cozy couches and chess tables for me and other guests. There was a nice outdoor seating area where I could sit and enjoy the fresh air. There is also a rooftop terrace that offers a good view.

the location was quite convenient close to many attractions. daily bottle of water was available at the reception it was really handy. staff were indeed very friendly and helpful always ready to assist with inquiries. also free squash was available it was a pleasant surprise.
the corridors were noisy it was audible from my room. ear plugs were provided i used them every night. the bathroom was small and poorly laid out it was difficult to navigate the shower. there was no counter space for toiletries it was quite inconvenient.
