the room was spacious. the location is pretty good.

i reserved a larger room. it was over a service exit. there was massive disruption from empty bottle collection at 6 am on new year's day. slamming doors occurred every night around 1 pm. i guess staff were leaving from the evening shift.

The room was very clean and elegant. I had a miscommunication with a staff member, but the manager sorted it out by providing an extra room without charging me a fortune. The facilities for wheelchair users were very good and the staff were very polite. I found it all quite charming..

The gym is located in a basement with little natural light and limited equipment.
