The location is very convenient to the main station. It was only a short walk. breakfast had a good selection of food. It was more than adequate. the staff were courteous and friendly, which i appreciated.
The air conditioning was broken, and it was a warm day. i woke up sweating at 2 a.m. there was no hot water one day. I could not shower.

quality finish convenient location
the room was recently renovated with good quality finishes throughout. i appreciated the easy check-in process and found the room comfortable. the hotel's location over the street from the train station made transportation simple. a variety of shops nearby added to the convenience.
during my stay, the air conditioning was broken in my room. a friend in an adjacent room reported the same issue, a bit uncomfortable. the furniture felt dated and showed some wear, impacting the overall experience.

quality finish great location
The location is AMAZING. It's just outside the main station. The curtains, bed, carpet, and bathroom all had a very good quality finish. I will definitely check for an IHG hotel first in any city I visit.
There was no tea, coffee, or milk replenishment, and the reception did not give any extra.

twin beds double beds 24 hour reception railway station broken aircon dated furniture poor servicing
My rooms had option of twin or double beds. each room includes a bath in the bathroom. Thats great. reception available 24 hours a day were helpful. the location a short walk across from the main railway station made life easy.
The aircon was broken in my room, thats bad luck. furniture is dated and shows wear. Not ideal. room servicing was poor and never hoovered my carpet.
