AN acceptable stay, but some issues
subpar cleanliness lack of air conditioning
the room location near public transport was convenient.
I was not impressed. the cleanliness was subpar. There was dust EVERYWHERE. the lack of air CONDITIONING made the room stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during the day.

convenient location easy access comfortable transfer clean room
the location proved convenient. i found the access to tourist attractions quite easy. the staff organized a comfortable airport transfer for my early flight. i liked the large and clean room with its lovely balcony.
the temperature of the shower water was not consistent.

Convenient stay near the city center
useful desk stocked minibar adequate room working heating
i booked a single room and found it quite adequate for my needs. the room included a desk, which proved useful for my laptop. a mini-bar was available, and i kept it stocked with drinks. the heating system worked well, so i kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
the bed could have been more comfortable, but i SLEPT ok.

the receptionist was very helpful and KIND. I appreciated the directions they provided to local attractions. i did not have any issues, and the staff quickly addressed any concerns i raised.

i did not see a breakfast room operating . however, several cafes nearby provided convenient breakfast options. there was a bakery down the street, and i purchased pastries. also a sausage stand near the hotel had very good sausages.

the location was CENTRAL and very easy to access public transport. the hotel is very close to tube and tram lines. i could walk to the city center and visit main attractions. many restaurants are also nearby.

The location was very central to transport options.
The absence of air conditioning was a problem given warm weather. I found the reception hours limited and after-hours support impersonal. The absence of a breakfast service was a significant disadvantage for the price point.

The location was fantastic. A metro station was nearby, and the city center was only a short walk away. A great pub with tasty food was just across the street. I found the staff helpful, and they organized a comfortable airport transfer, which I needed because of my early flight.
The shower temperature fluctuated, difficult to enjoy a consistent and comfortable shower (it was a bit annoying).

solid LOCATION
breakfast options inner city public transport
the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and i found many breakfast options nearby. i could walk easily into the inner city from here. it is also near the tube, tram, and buses, which i used daily.
the website showed dining area photos, but they offered no food at all. this was a problem for less mobile guests. the hotel entrance is up about six flights of stairs without clear signage inside.
