a okay place to stay
polite staffgreat breakfastcold roombasic curtains
the staff was polite and very cute, i think. the location is also superb because it's at a walking distance from the main train station. breakfast had so many options available and i liked that.
our room, it was close to the stairs, and no corridor existed. it was pretty cold because of that. also, the curtains in the room. that wasnt so cool.

The location was quite handy to the train station! the staff were also friendly and accommodating. They even stored my luggage after i checked out. the breakfast spread was really good, with many options.
The room was basic. It seemed like ikea showroom, though the price wasn't low. there was no electric kettle for making hot drinks. also, the window was open behind the curtain, so the room was very cold during the night. I didn't realise it was open.

I stayed in a twin room. the location is great near the train station, so convenient for getting around!!! breakfast was excellent with many choices. The cakes were amazing. the staff was super friendly and helpful. They tried their best to assist us.
the bathroom was small and had no windows.

the room had a fridge, a fan, and heating. i did like the location for its proximity to the main train station and the underground. the staff explained access to the hotel well. breakfast included good choices.
the room needed a kettle for making hot drinks. hot water was available at reception, but i had to ask for it.
