clean shower varied breakfast
the shower was very neat and clean. breakfast included all types of foods one might need in the morning.
the bathroom garbage can was very small and had an annoying lid.

charming stay downtown
fresh pastries wide selection helpful staff
breakfast included many choices, like fresh pastries and a wide tea selection. the staff at reception were very helpful and provided quick assistance. the hotel is very close to public transport and the city center. the price for a double room with breakfast was very good.
the bar remained closed , a facility i anticipated using.

the breakfast buffet had fresh pastries, breads and a suprising amount of different teas. the coffee was also quite good, which i appreciated each morning before heading out to explore. gluten-free bread was always available during breakfast.

the hotel benefits from an amazing location, close to many points of interest. it is less than a five minute walk to both the underground and the main city center. the airport bus stop is also very convenient.

the reception staff were polite and efficient during my check in and check out. the team offered an early check-in which was very helpful as i arrived early. the staff were also helpful with directions.

my room felt bright and it was comfortable. it seemed recently refurbished and maintained to a high standard. the room i stayed in felt very quiet providing a relaxing stay. it was a standard size room.

good selection friendly staff
the breakfast had a good selection of food for me. reception staff was friendly, and i found them helpful for directions.
the room was basic, so there was no tea making facilities.

foreign hairs low quality
The location proved acceptable due proximity to transport.
The room lacked proper cleaning. I observed foreign hairs present on both the bed and towels. The breakfast presented items of low quality.
