central location helpful staff breakfast options clean room
the location was very nice, just steps from main attractions. the staff were very cute and helpful during my entire stay. breakfast included many options, a great way to start the day. the room was always very clean.

excellent location spacious layout helpful staff
the location is REALLY excellent. Many landmarks were a short walk away. The room featured a spacious layout plus a comfortable bed. The staff were great and very helpful.

I found the location very convenient near the square. The breakfast included many options to satisfy different tastes. The bed offered comfort and provided quality sleep. Air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a cool environment.
The room service menu was limited after 10 pm.

fresh fruit fantastic location heating problem street noise
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had a great selection including fresh fruit. Breakfast lasted until 11am. This was REALLY convenient. The location is fantastic. The staff were available at all hours. Check in and out was easy. They were super friendly and willing to help.
The heating was not working in my room most of the time. I had to complain a couple of times to get it to work. It stopped working AGAIN just the night before my departure. The roadside room had a lot of noise coming from the streets. It made peaceful sleep impossible.

central location great choice
the location was amazing, i found it super central. breakfast included so much choice, it sets me up for the day.
the heating was not always working in my room, i did complain but it stopped again before i left.

Acceptable stay despite some issues

significant noise unhelpful staff
The street-side room had SIGNIFICANT noise. Sleep was difficult due to this. (I did not expect so much noise at night.) the staff rarely offered help unless specifically asked. This made simple inquiries more difficult than necessary, especially concerning local tips.
