helpful staff amazing bar convenient location
I found the staff helpful. They assisted me with directions and local recommendations. the rooftop bar was amazing. I enjoyed a drink while watching the sunset. the location was convenient. It was near the city center.

The staff were helpful! they gave us directions and recommendations. breakfast had a nice variety. I liked the fresh pastries, though the coffee machine could use an update. the location was central. It was near the national museum.
The room smelled a bit musty. It needed better ventilation. the street noise was noticeable. the elevator only went to some floors, meaning i had to carry my luggage up one flight of stairs.

central location friendly staff rewarding views
i found the location very central near the national museum. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. i booked a beautiful twin room and the glass windows offered rewarding views of the skyline.

The location was convenient. The room faced the National Museum. The fridge magnets are a nice souvenir. Tatiana offered friendly reception service.
The bath were a little troublesome because of its odd shape.

Solid Stay in Central Location

helpful staff complimentary wine central location convenient travel
The staff was helpful, especially Tatiana at reception. I received complimentary items, including a bottle of wine and truffles in the room. I also got a free drink at the Panorama Restaurant. The location was excellent, close to the train station , made traveling convenient.
The walls felt a bit thin, I could hear noises from the hallway at times. It was a minor inconvenience.

great welcome breakfast buffet
the location is really awesome. it is close to everything! the staff is amazing too, i thank tatiana and matthew for a great welcome. we woke up excited for an excellent breakfast buffet. it had everything i could wish for.
the room was a far cry from the others in the same price range. i got the top-floor room with a slanting rooftop. the bed was right underneath it. with a dormer window for light, and i had to bend over and almost crawl to get to the top of the bed.
