defective oven malfunctioning card
the location was acceptable since most attractions were within walking distance.
I found a few things amiss. first, the oven was defective. It heated up even when turned off. second, my room card stopped working on the second day, and the staff couldn't fix it. That was annoying.

24-hour reception quiet location
the reception operates 24 hours. i appreciated the beautiful apartment offering a balcony along one side. i enjoyed great views of the park from there and the location was also quiet.
i found few supermarkets in proximity.

Acceptable Stay with Issues
street noise lacking explanation
The reception staff proved helpful, giving information about the city.
The street noise was bothersome. I also found the lack of an iron and ironing board inconvenient. It forced me to buy travel iron. the explanation about facilities including laundry and dryer was not clear. You have to buy detergent if you plan to use them.

the apartment was spacious. the bed and linens were comfortable. the location near the gran via is convenient.
