The location was close to shops. The beds were comfortable, SO comfy. I appreciated that I could check in a little earlier. That helped a lot.
Details to access the hotel were not sent, what A disappointment! It took time to get the details over the phone. The shower cubicle was very tiny, REALLY cramped. The TV did not work.

broken radiator poor communication
the radiator in my room did not function properly. it caused the room to become excessively hot. contacting someone about this issue was also difficult, and they only addressed it after repeated requests. i also found a sanitary pad attached to the door, it was unused however this was perplexing.

The location was good for accessing local restaurants. The room had a microwave and fridge which I found convenient. The breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch. The provided tea and coffee facilities were satisfactory.
The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell perhaps from the drains. The shower had poor pressure it was difficult to wash properly. I noted the loose toilet seat it was somewhat inconvenient to use.

clean room early check-in good location
michelle ensured my room was clean! she also allowed me to check in early. the kitchen man made a good breakfast, i appreciated that. the location is convenient, a short walk to the city centre. the room was well kept and cleaned daily.
i wasn't told in advance that this is a self check-in hotel.

breakfast delivery convenient location generous room helpful attitude
the breakfast delivered directly to the room was a lovely touch i found very charming. i particularly appreciated the very convenient location near sauchiehall street, which allowed easy access to local eateries. the room size was surprisingly generous, and it included a microwave and a fridge, which worked very well for storing snacks. the staff displayed a kind and helpful attitude throughout my stay.
i noticed some slight wear in the hallway carpeting, but it was a very minor detail.

The hotel is near the city center. I appreciated the proximity to various transportation options and local amenities. The staff were helpful. My room had a fridge, it proved useful for storing drinks and snacks. I found that the microwave was convenient for heating up food.
The bathroom cleanliness was not perfect. I noticed some areas needed more attention.
