frequent demagnetization window noise
I found a couple of issues . The electronic key cards demagnetized frequently. I had to return to reception to reactivate them. Heavy rain created a lot of noise at night against the windows it was unpleasant.

the suite was spacious (we had the Two-Bedroom Beautiful Apartment). it featured a complete kitchen with utensils. a washing machine was also available.

the apartment i had included laundry facilities. This was useful. the double bed was large and very comfortable!!!

premier apartment reliable lift friendly staff
the room was a two-bedroom premier apartment on floors 15 to 21, it included two bathrooms. staff team was friendly and accommodating. lifts were quick and reliable.
the hotel only helps book taxis to the airport, they do not provide umbrellas.

Superb apartment living!
large apartment complete equipment convenient location close metro
The apartment was very large and fully equipped. It seemed like a complete home. The location is very convenient as insadong street is only a short walk. Metro stations are also close by. The convenience store is very close, right in front of the building.
The drying cycle on the washer and dryer combo took a long time and did not fully dry clothes.

The gym has good equipment and long open hours. The pool is a decent size. It has a warm water pool. There is a sauna and jacuzzi, amenities i found to be very clean.

The on-site cafe and restaurant are really convenient. The breakfast buffet had a great value. I saw staff diligently maintain cleanliness. Perfectly cooked scrambled eggs were there, they made my mornings better.

The hotel is centrally located to main attractions. A very good store is just a few minutes away. Gyeongbokgung palace and hanok village are about 1km. A convenience store is also across the street.
