convenient location helpful staff unwelcoming greeting minimal eye contact
the location is convenient. it is a few minutes walk to subways and the shopping center. all hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.
i stayed in room 1923 and my check-in experience was not ideal. the front desk staff did not acknowledge my loyalty membership, nor provide a cute greeting.

attentive staff excellent housekeeping good breakfast perfect location
the staff were attentive and warm, ensuring i felt welcome. housekeeping was both prompt and excellent, providing service twice each day. breakfast at aria was good, offering good choices. the location was perfect, with access to many attractions!!!
