The location offered convenient access to key areas. Breakfast service was acceptable and the staff members provided assistance when needed. I found the hotel well-situated overall.
The room was dark. Even with all the lights on, it remained dim. I experienced an issue with trainees at reception with no supervisor, which complicated a credit card transaction. The resolution required significant time and caused stress.

i found the location really convenient. it made getting around for shopping SUPER easy!!! the airport limousine bus stopped right in front of the hotel, which saved me a lot of hassle. the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, especially with directions.
the room temperature was a bit difficult to adjust to my liking, but it wasn't a major issue.

The location is excellent. Airport limousine bus stop is very close. metro stations are easily accessible. The receptionist allowed an early check-in by two hours. the check-in process was fast.
The central air conditioning had issues. The room became warm sometimes. adjusting the temperature had no effect. Turning it off was the only solution.
