convenient access breakfast service helpful staff dark room reception issues credit card problems
The location offered convenient access to key areas. Breakfast service was acceptable and the staff members provided assistance when needed. I found the hotel well-situated overall.
The room looked dark. Even with all the lights on, it remained dim. I experienced an issue with trainees at reception with no supervisor, which complicated a credit card transaction. The resolution required significant time and caused stress.

fantastic stay in the heart of the action!
convenient location easy access friendly staff
i found the location really convenient. it made getting around for shopping SUPER easy!!! the airport limousine bus stopped right in front of the hotel, which saved me a lot of hassle. the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, especially with directions.
the room temperature was a bit difficult to adjust to my liking, but it wasn't a major issue.

central location and efficient service
early check-in fast process
The location is excellent. Airport limousine bus stop is very close. metro stations are easily accessible. The receptionist allowed an early check-in by two hours. the check-in process was fast.
The central air conditioning had issues. The room became warm sometimes. adjusting the temperature had no effect. Turning it off was the only solution.

I found a variety of options for meals close to the hotel. many street food vendors operated in the night markets. The shops and cafes offered diverse choices. cu convenience store was also just around the corner.
