fantastic location and luxury amenities
convenient location luxury amenities excellent service
i found the location super central for food and shopping with easy access to public transport for sightseeing. the room was very comfortable and included luxury amenities such as a dyson hair dryer, a bidet, and a large shower and tub. the minibar had free drinks plus a nespresso machine came with four capsules for my one-night stay. carol at the front desk provided amazing service and catered to my needs.
The dark décor in hallways and the lobby impacted the overall ambiance.

dark decor poor cleanliness
The staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.
The dark decor was a problem. Hallways were dim and the lobby felt dreary. Cleanliness was also an issue as my room did not seem thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. More frequent deep cleaning is needed.

a decent stay downtown
helpful staff handy location dark room soft pillows
the staff was really helpful. they answered all my questions. the hotel's location is in the middle of the shopping area, it's quite handy. i found many food options nearby too.
My room was a bit dark. the charging plugs near the phone didn't seem to work. the pillows were too soft for my liking. I prefer firmer pillows.

the room was well-designed and very clean. i appreciated the bathroom layout. the hotel is located centrally near shopping and dining options , , made exploring convenient.
