mixed feelings about this place
scanty decor outdated rooms
the hotel's location is quite convinient. it is near the subway and shopping areas.
my room disappointed me. the lobby decor felt surprisingly scanty. the staff seemed cold, not offering the assistance i needed and sometimes doing the opposite of what i asked. outdated rooms further diminished my experience.

subway access dining options coffee machine
The location offered immediate access to the subway. A department store downstairs provided many dining options. The hotel provided a coffee machine with regular and decaf capsules.
The front desk service seemed somewhat lacking for a hotel of this status.

I found the staff VERY attentive and helpful. The location is very nice. I had easy access to transportation and attractions. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It featured a wide variety of delicious options. The connected mall offered convenient shopping and dining choices.
