easy access public transport clean room spacious room good condition
The location offers easy access to public transport like buses and the metro. It is convenient. the hotel room was very clean. i found the premier double room spacious and well kept. all the furniture, the mini-kitchen, and the washing machine were in good condition.
I found that basic toiletries were not provided. There was no toothbrush, shower cap, or vanity kit.

subway access suite hotel laundry facilities
i relished the proximity to namdaemun and city hall. many authentic restaurants and pubs are just behind the hotel. the easy access to the seoul subway system was a blessing. it is a suite hotel, so the rooms included a sitting area and laundry facilities.
The rooms feel a bit aged. some charging sockets did not work properly. the bathroom needed fixing twice. Once for a shower leak and another time because the toilet would not flush.

the premium room was spacious and clean. i appreciate that there is a door that separates the sleeping area. the location is very convenient, a quick walk to coffee, city hall station, and myeongdong. i really enjoyed my stay.
i found some staff members uncertain, they provided conflicting information. one female staff member seemed unwilling to assist me. this created a slight confusion .

the hotel provided fresh towels and bottled water daily. i appreciated the four elevators. the hotel lent me an umbrella during the rain. the location is amazing as there are cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby.
i found some staff members seemed unsure about hotel services and occasionally provided conflicting information, slightly confusing.

unprofessional staff cleanliness issues
the location is close to the train. eateries are also very accessible such as starbucks and local food spots right next to the hotel.
i found some staff members seemed unsure about the hotel services. they provided conflicting information and that was a little confusing. one staff member was unwilling to assist and seemed unprofessional. also, the room condition was disappointing. there were cleanliness issues, broken gadgets, and unstable fixtures in the bathroom.

The premier family room suited my needs well (I was traveling solo) and had enough space for my luggage. The reception staff were professional and polite. I was grateful for their assistance.
