spa bath rooftop pool
my room was a premier double room. the spa bath in the room was a standout. the rooftop pool had a lovely view of the city.
the single elevator meant i sometimes used the stairs during breakfast hours.

mixed feelings about the stay
noisy air conditioning uncomfortable sleep
I was unhappy with the noise from the air conditioning unit. It kept me awake. the air conditioning sounded like a car idling right next to the bed. this happened during four nights. I came back home exhausted.

efficient room service splendid city view rooftop pool
The room included a jacuzzi. It felt amazing. Room service was fast and efficient. I enjoyed the sunsets I saw from the rooftop pool. It offered a splendid city view.
The hotel's gym could use more equipment.

great stay
nice bed clean room helpful staff good restaurant
the beds felt nice. the room was big and clean. i appreciated the helpful front desk staff (jackie was especially great). many good restaurants were nearby. it was easy to walk to the 'prat athit' ferry stop.
the balcony in my room was quite small.

rooftop pool spa service welcome drink
I really liked the rooftop pool. The views were fantastic. I used the on-site spa and massage services. They were very good. The hotel provided a welcome drink upon arrival. This was a nice touch.
The elevator service was sometimes slow. There was only ONE elevator for the whole hotel.

Breakfast included a variety of continental options. I saw thai noodles. The hotel offers a buffet, stocked well. I especially appreciated the availability of thai curries.

Our room was spacious. It featured a jacuzzi. I found the bed quite comfortable and LARGE. I had no issues with cleanliness .

The hotel is near tourist attractions, VERY convenient. I easily walked to local eateries and hidden gems. It is also close to many bars. I visited shops and restaurants.

The hotel location allowed easy access to markets. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of options. I enjoyed the rooftop pool. It had plenty of space to relax. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I found it a good base for exploring the area.
The air conditioning unit in my room made a noticeable noise during the night.

The staff promptly addressed my requests, demonstrating a helpful attitude. I noticed that the cleaning team consistently maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout my stay. They delivered fresh towels and restocked amenities daily. The room was well-kept.
