Convenient Location and Cleanliness
excellent location breakfast buffet clean rooms
The location was excellent, offering easy access to transport links. The breakfast buffet included a good variety. The rooms were very clean, and that is very important to me. We found the staff friendly and helpful .
The air conditioning in the room wasn't fully adequate, especially during warmer days. I wish the hotel had provided a better solution for temperature control.

The staff are helpful and courteous.. The location is great, as it is near a subway station.

The hotel had a convenience store on the first floor. It was very handy. i found the coin laundry facilities quite useful . my room also included a spacious shower, something i always appreciate. wifi worked consistently, so i never had connectivity issues.
the air conditioning in my room seemed stuck on. i couldn't adjust it, and this made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. i had to request extra blankets to manage the chill.

The subway station entrance was just a few steps away. The room was clean. Coin operated laundry facilities were available. It was nice to pack clean clothes after my stay.
Breakfast felt overpriced. The hotel had limited restaurant choices.

fantastic location AND convenient
convenient location clean room laundry room
i enjoyed the proximity to the airport bus right around the corner. Myeongdong market and Gwangjang market are easy walks. public transportation is close by. The rooms were clean and decent size. The hotel provides a laundry room.
the soft pillows needed extra support so i used my coat.

great location helpful staff nearby subway convenience stores
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to myeongdong. It was about a 12-minute walk to the street food. lotte department store was also easily accessible, around 15 minutes on foot. the subway station nearby was a huge plus, and i found two convenience stores very useful. the staff were always ready to help, it was appreciated.
the air conditioning seemed fair, i would have prefered it better

the staff were friendly, always smiling, and willing to go out of their way to assist. they were helpful in arranging a cab to the airport. the staff were the best i have ever met.
