Excellent Halal Food and Convenient Location
prime location convenient 7-eleven delicious food
the location is very good since it is close to many attractions. the 7-eleven located on the ground floor was very convenient. sara restaurant inside the hotel served really good food, particularly halal options, and i kept returning for more meals. the food in sara restaurant is delicious.
soundproofing between rooms is not very effective i could hear noise from inconsiderate guests in adjacent rooms late at night.

sara restaurant provided halal options within the hotel and it was a great convenience. the buffet breakfast offered many choices but it could become repetitive after a few days. i found the variety to be generally good.

the porter service and staff near the lift provided a great welcome and helpful assistance. housekeeping responded promptly whenever i requested room service and always did a perfect job. the bellmen were also amazing at helping with rides.

the hotel is less than ten minutes by foot from khaosan road and close to temples. several massage parlors are across the street. the hotel's location is prime for exploring many focal points.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was large with a comfortable bed. A definite plus. i appreciated the multiple choices offered at breakfast. It was certainly tasty. the hotel's location made getting around quite easy.

the reception staff greeted me with a smile. the service felt warm, i must admit. the staff ensured rooms were promptly available and this was an example of good service. they were very friendly!

the rooms were clean and large. a fridge was provided, a welcome addition. bottled drinking water was also supplied, which i greatly appreciated. the room's bed was comfortable and of good size, perfect for rest.

The hotel sits on a rather quiet street. That was a plus. this is good who prefer a less rowdy environment. its location allowed easy access to local attractions. It was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

discolored sheets noisy air conditioning
the staff was friendly. the breakfast buffet had variety.
the sheets were discolored. i am sure they were clean but they did not look appealing. the air conditioning was too noisy to leave on at night. the wooden slated beds on the rooftop pool lacked mattresses, so they were uncomfortable.

latte machine omelette bar
The breakfast buffet is really good. It includes a superb latte machine and a fresh omelette bar. The on-site restaurant offers halal options. Food and service are also excellent there.
I think the air conditioning system is a bit noisy. It could use an update for quieter operation. This would improve sleep quality.

The hotel is in a quiet area with easy access to public transport! A 7-Eleven minimarket is conveniently located next to the hotel. That's so convenient. This provides quick access to essentials and snacks!

musty air conditioning lacking amenities
the location proved convenient. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions
the room i was assigned felt quite neglected. the air conditioning unit emitted a musty odor, it was really unpleasant. also, the promised amenities were not fully available, i mean, there wasn't toiletries for all the days i stayed. the front desk didn't seem particularly concerned about this problem, so i just dealt with it.
