I must say, the breakfast was a joke for the price i paid. the limited options reminded me of they were rationing food, not running a supposedly upscale hotel. also, the absence of a proper laundry service was an inconvenience. I expected more than just a 'sorry, we don't have that' when i inquired. no laundry service, expensive breakfast

The hotel is close to the shopping area. That was acceptable.
I found some real issues. the lights in the room barely worked. It was like living in a cave. the ac didn't work, it was so warm. i reported these problems, but nothing happened.

My room was too dark. Better lighting is needed. the ventilation system was poor. I smelled smoke in my room on two nights. i suspect this was due to the bar on the top floor. The smoke travelled through the building.
