Really good Stay in the City Center
convenient location friendly staff comfortable room effective soundproofing
I found the location convenient with many dining and shopping choices nearby. Staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was comfortable and well-kept. The street view from the balcony was nice. I noticed that it blocked outside noises effectively.
I wish the pool had been open, as I intended to use it for relaxation.

clean room quick service convenient location thin walls loud air conditioning limited breakfast
the room was clean it had a nice view of the street. the staff provided quick service when i requested assistance. the hotel location proved convenient with easy access to transportation.
the walls seemed thin i could easily hear noises from adjacent rooms. the air conditioning unit was quite loud it made sleeping a little difficult. the breakfast selection lacked variety it did not meet my expectations.

tired room broken toilet
The location was acceptable.
The room really needed a refurbish. Everything seemed quite tired. My room felt bare and basic. The toilet was also broken. Wrestling with the cistern was necessary to make it flush.

The hotel has a very convenient location. It is close to many shops and attractions. I appreciated the rooftop swimming pool. It was nice. Free coffee was available in the lobby, a welcome perk. The staff were helpful and assisted with directions and recommendations.
The room décor looked slightly dated, needing a small upgrade to match the modern amenities.
