rooftop pool friendly staff great location bright fluorescent lights curtain gaps mouldy shower
the rooftop pool IS AMAZING! the staff was super friendly and helpful. its location is GREAT! it was easy to walk to the main attractions.
My room faced the atrium, and the bright fluorescent lights kept it BRIGHT all night. the sides of the curtains had gaps. i had trouble sleeping both nights. The shower also smelled a bit mouldy.

convenient location attentive staff birthday surprise
The location is convenient. It made exploring the city on foot very easy. Staff members were always warm, professional, and attentive. A beautiful birthday surprise with cake and champagne. It showed the hotel's attention to guest happiness.
