the room featured a separate bathroom area with both a bath and shower. the hotel was new and well-kept (it was very excellent). i appreciated the good size of the room. the staff were very helpful and friendly.

the service standards are a concern, as a request for water took a long time. the one service number was either unanswered or transferred calls. (i hope they fix this soon).
