central location helpful staff faulty shower street noise
The hotel location was central to many attractions. The front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast had many options. The rooftop was an excellent space.
The shower was not functional. It flooded the bathroom. The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep soundly.

Excellent service and location
helpful staff local restaurant ergonomic pillow
The staff were helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. amin promptly took my luggage to my room upon arrival. jave assisted me in securing tickets for park güell and sagrada familia. the ergonomic pillows offered great comfort .
i found the lack of a door separating the bathroom from the rest of the room somewhat inconvenient. it impacted privacy and noise isolation. a more traditional bathroom layout would be preferable.

great location super clean room
I had a "Standard Double Room" and it was super clean. The location of the hotel is GREAT! It made it simple to walk to many attractions and shops.
The shower lacked a bit of privacy because of its design.

Excellent Hotel Experience
great location helpful staff breakfast buffet rooftop views
The location was great. I walked to many places in less than half an hour. The staff helped me with directions. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the food tasted great. I found the rooftop bar offered amazing city views.
I did have a little trouble with the shower temperature , which fluctuated a bit.

The hotel is near the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas. I walked to the cathedral in about ten minutes. Public transportation options are also close, including several metro stops.

The hotel's location proved very convenient for accessing various attractions.
I encountered a problem with the shower. It leaked considerably. I reported it, but the issue remained unresolved for two days, an inconvenience I did not appreciate.
