excellent location wide variety helpful staff small room power outlet
the location was excellent for seeing the city. the breakfast offered a wide variety. the staff were very helpful and polite. (the rooftop terrace was a particular highlight!)
my room was quite small. i also noticed a lack of power outlets in the room.

The room was big and i found it very clean. the staff were kind! but the wi-fi was slow. i even got a gift for my anniversary. It really made my day!

The location proved perfect, steps from the Gothic Quarter. A dessert looked in my room one evening.. a nice surprise. I found the staff genuinely helpful. They arranged a taxi for my early flight. The rooftop bar provided a calm respite after busy days.
The room had only three power outlets, which posed a minor inconvenience for charging devices.

the hotel has a central location. the staff greeted me with a welcome drink upon arrival. the rooftop views provided a beautiful perspective of the city and were a delight to enjoy during the sunset hours, it was such a romantic moment
i found that the roadwork outside created a noisy environment at times. it made relaxing in the room during the day challenging

The location was great. It was right across from the Cathedral in the Gothic Quarters. The staff members were very helpful. They were friendly too. The rooms were designed tastefully. These rooms had ample space and good amenities.
The rooftop was closed on the night I stayed at the hotel. I was told it would be a highlight of my stay but it was closed to guests due to a private event. I received no advance notice about this closure.

lovely staff clean room missing note wine delivery
the staff was lovely and rooms was clean. i really loved the hotel! we stayed there four days. so good.
i arranged a package which was a new years eve thing, but it go wrong. the bottle of sparkling wine never arrive to our room and only a small dessert with the note was provided.

the hotel was well located. the gothic district was a short walk. the metro was also very close (just across the road, actually). i found breakfast had a very good choice. the staff were helpful.
i found the room a bit small. my double room city view felt cramped. the window did not isolate noise well enough. i could hear people outside. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. it disrupted my sleep.
