the rooftop was really good, offering views of the city. ronnie, a staff member, made arrangements for a quiet corner with a wonderful view for me. he even offered a sunshade, very thoughtful on a warm day. i enjoyed the calm nature and speedy, relaxed service.
during my stay, i noticed the absence of q-tips in the room , a minor detail that contrasted with the overall expectation of a five-star hotel. it was a small oversight.

i found the two hotel bars to be great, and one was open late. i thought the breakfast offered a nice variety. the turndown service included chocolate. the room had good water pressure in the shower.
