the shower drain was blocked. this resulted in flooding in the bathroom (not ideal, obviously). the staff dried the floor, but only after my husband cleared the blockage. also, i went for breakfast at 9 a.m. the buffet was empty of hot food. when it was restocked 15 minutes later, it looked unappetizing.
