large room friendly staff
the hotel location allowed easy access from the train station. the room was large and featured a super king bed. it was very comfortable. i appreciated the friendly and cute staff. the hotel facilities seemed excellent. the room price seemed reasonable.
the hotel seems a bit dusty. i noticed an obvious layer of muck on many surfaces. even the tv remote had dust between the buttons. i hope they can clean it better.

I liked the helpful staff. They promptly addressed my needs. My room was spacious and well kept. It. I found the breakfast service efficient, the food quality was amazing! The hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
The noise from the street at night was disruptive to my sleep. I think that better soundproofing would improve the guest experience.

vintage elevator thoughtful staff
the vintage art deco elevator was quirky. it sometimes would not move if the gate wasn't shut completely, though staff helped. Breakfast ordering at the table was attentive and thoughtful, i thought.
the bedside tables were sloped. they were parting company with the wall.

the location was central. there was parking available nearby.
the room had issues. the tv remote was taped together and barely worked. a deep clean is needed throughout. staff seemed stretched thin, likely contributing to these issues.
