really good experience, highly recommend!
clean room lovely spread polite staff easy access
the triple room was impeccably clean, which i appreciated. breakfast offered a full, lovely spread with various options, including fresh juices and hot drinks. the hotel staff were polite and made the check-in process easy. access to the hotel was also straightforward, a great thing for any traveller.
i noticed a relaxed application of their non-smoking policies, slightly bothersome.

the breakfast buffet presented a nice cooked selection. it included cereal and yoghurts, providing varied options. the staff at breakfast was amazing!!! they kept everything well-stocked and were very attentive to all guests.

the location is very convenient, situated right next to two bus stops. alternatively, it is a short walk, about ten minutes, to the nearest subway station. this made accessing different parts of the city simple.

adequate stay
remodeled bathroom hop on-off bus thin wall compact room
the breakfast was good. the bathroom seemed recently remodeled and it had a stop for the hop on-off bus just a block away. i liked that it was very close to a university.
the rooms felt very compact, and the walls were so thin. i could hear everything. it wasnt a very well rested night.

an okay stay
small room unhelpful staff
the room seemed quite small and lacked proper amenities. i found no refrigerator and the bed felt uneven, it sagged noticeably in the middle. the breakfast offered little variety such as fresh fruit or cheese. some staff seemed uninterested in assisting with local recommendations, a real let down.

solid stay near university
convenient location easy access wide variety complimentary beverage
the hotel location was very convenient for visiting the university. i found easy access by bus to the city center. breakfast service included a wide variety of options. the room included complimentary tea and coffee.
My room lacked readily available bathroom supplies like shampoo. I had to request them.

the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed (i really slept well!). there were sufficient outlets for charging devices, and the bathroom had a good shower. it was a twin room with a lovely view.

basic stay with Some Issues
small room uncomfortable bed
the room was quite small i could barely move around with my luggage open. the bed was not comfortable it felt quite worn. the breakfast was very simple i did not find many options i liked. the staff seemed preoccupied on their phones when i checked out i felt ignored
