beautiful surprise excellent food spacious room beautiful bathroom
the staff prepared a beautiful surprise in the room for my visit i thank them for the gesture. the food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious comfortable and full of details. the bathroom design was beautiful also.

amazing time killer location spotty housekeeping elite recognition
The buffet at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant was really good and it really blew my mind. Location is killer because I could walk everywhere super easy.
Housekeeping, yeah, it was a little spotty. I was also expecting more recognition, as I am a Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member.

The location is perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are beautifully designed. the staff were really nice too. the rooms are very comfortable too.
the breakfast place is badly organized. i expected some flexibility for a late check out after spending a substantial amount of money for the room. they refused to grant even thirty minutes i feel this is commercially unreasonable.

The room was spacious (a Loft King Room City View Top Floor) and well-appointed. The location is central. (I appreciated the proximity to local eateries.)
The light switch for the bathroom was inconveniently placed behind the door. It was hard to find it in the dark. There was some noise from the street at night (not a big deal but noticeable).
