The room received daily cleaning services. Its location made it easy to reach many places. The mini bar included complimentary drinks upon arrival. I also found the staff were helpful with directions.
The shower in my room had some missing parts, causing water to splash onto the floor. The water easily spread across the entire bathroom. It was a simple issue but something that should be fixed.

the hotel stood near the city center, a walk of maybe twenty minutes. transport links are nearby. accessing all sightseeings was easy using public transportation and the buses arrive just down the street.

the air conditioning in the room was not working properly (it was set to a low temperature, yet the room remained warm). i reported it, but nothing changed . also, i found the breakfast area in a different building. it was inconvenient, especially early in the morning.

the location was lovely near main attractions i also appreciated the garage next to the hotel i parked my car there safely the cleanliness was amazing the rooms felt both comfortable and spacious
the heating in the room had a very high temperature all night long we couldn't adjust it properly or open the window because of outside noise i found it challenging to get a restful sleep due to this issue we also complained about that to the staff
