Really great place to stay
helpful stafffabulous breakfast
The room had everything that I needed. Staff was really helpful. This location is perfect for getting around the city. Breakfast was fabulous, they cook to order, I had as much as I wanted.

the apartment was spacious and had a kitchen. the breakfast included sparkling wine. it was all included in the room rate.
i found the gym staff to be quite rude. i asked where the pool was. it wasn't worth the money.

The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and explained all the facilities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food and drink. The location was perfect. Many bars and restaurants were nearby. Key areas were within a short walk with easy access to transport.

Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious and super clean. It included everything we needed. The bathroom had a separate shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine, really convenient. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of storage space was also available.

The hotel had an excellent location. It was a ten minute walk to the main road for the bus and close to restaurants. It is very close to the center. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the center. The location is quiet at night.

dated decorcrowded spa
The room décor felt quite dated. I noticed some stains on the carpet, an old coffee machine that probably couldn't be cleaned (it was a bit dirty) and the furniture had visible wear. The spa area was disappointing. It's open to the public, so it was very crowded, and the overall cleanliness could definitely improve. The steam room wasn't properly maintained, and the pool seemed a bit murky. I also found the staff quite unfriendly.

The location was excellent, near the metro and within walking distance of tourist attractions and restaurants. breakfast offered a delicious array of local specialties. the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi provided a perfect way to unwind after sightseeing. staff were friendly.
The gym is open to the public. It gets very busy.

crowded poolfew loungers
The pool was not what i expected. it seems the hotel shares it with a public gym. There were many people there. there were only a few sun loungers available, and the area felt small. i found this disappointing considering the hotel calls itself a 'spa'.
