fantastic hotel, top location
great selection comfortable bed helpful staff
the location IS amazing near many attractions. breakfast had a great selection with continental and hot options. the staff showed eagerness to assist with directions and ticket bookings. i found the room always clean and the bed VERY comfortable, ensured restful nights.
The bathroom lacked shelves. This made managing toiletries slightly inconvenient.

our beautiful double room had all modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the air conditioning unit was very effective during hot weather. the room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay.

the hotel location is very good, close to restaurants, the metro, and the river. the gluten-free breakfast options suited me well. i received my room early and that was a plus. the staff booked thermal baths for me.
i noticed a slight smell of damp in the bathroom, it needs an extractor fan.

middling experience, some issues
sad scrambled eggs weird smell
the location was okay i guess, close to things and stuff.
breakfast, oh man, breakfast. it was like they found the cheapest ingredients possible and then made them sad. the scrambled eggs tasted like powdered sadness and the coffee seemed watered down. plus, my room had this weird smell, like old gym socks mixed with despair. it wasn't the vibe i was looking for, to be honest.
