Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
convenient location helpful staff early check-in
I found the location very convenient. It was near many attractions. The staff proved helpful, especially at check-in. The receptionist assisted with my early arrival.

clean room friendly staff ideal location
the location was very nice, close to main attractions. the room was clean, and the cleaning staff were nice. i was thankful for the front desk service available 24 hours a day.
the entrance was a little tricky to find initially.

the staff was helpful, including assistance with a room change, and the reception was open 24/7. i needed assistance and found someone always available, a big plus for me. it meant a lot.

uninviting stairs parking issue
The location was great , near the Danube and close to the historic center.
The entrance had uninviting stairs that showed their age. Parking posed a significant issue because the nearby parking lot was not owned by the hotel and required a specific app for payment.

surprisingly good!
perfect location helpful staff good breakfast
the location allowed easy walks to the center and many restaurants. staff members were helpful and friendly at all times. i liked the breakfast, it had a good selection.
the shower was a bit narrow, though it functioned perfectly.

breakfast includes eggs, ham, cheese, and bread. there are some vegetables, beans, yogurt, and fruit available. coffee is also offered, however there were no tablecloths at tables.
