I received an upgraded room, a pleasant surprise. The hotel location was ideal, close to many attractions. The rooftop bar offered a nice spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
The drinks I ordered for the room never arrived.

The lobby gave off a festive vibe. the staff wrote a handwritten note and gave me a fridge magnet momento, a nice touch. i was able to check in early. That was convenient. coffee and tea selection in the room were superb. the bed was also really comfy.
the breakfast containers were almost empty at 10 am, though breakfast was said to go on until 10.30 am.

the location allows easy access to various attractions. the hotel is between two metro stations, providing options for transport. it is also near both the budapest opera house and the main shopping street.

The staff was kind and helpful . They upgraded my room, and I received complimentary Prosecco.. this was much appreciated. The room itself was clean, well-isolated, and decorated nicely.
