excellent services!
helpful staff perfect route wonderful breakfast
I found the staff very helpful and kind. yasoja gave us a perfect route to the castelo de são jorge. It avoided strenuous hills. breakfast was wonderful. the rooftop views made it hard to leave.

blocked drain missed stains
The room seemed like it was in the basement, so anyone could look in as they walked by on the street. This meant i couldn't open the windows most of the time, and the drain in the bathroom sink was blocked. i also noticed stains on the coffee table that cleaning staff missed.

the rooftop view with amazing views and service was acceptable.
the spa was small, and not very enjoyable. some equipment needs work, like the bathroom and doors. breakfast was just okay, with terrible coffee from a machine.
