Fabulous Location and Wonderful Staff!

The hotel's location was fantastic! The staff were wonderful and accommodating. They even allowed us to check in early, a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was a definite highlight, standing out as one of the best I encountered during my travels. I especially enjoyed the live piano music during breakfast hours.
there was no water provided in the room. It was quite surprising. I had to purchase a small bottle and later discovered that water was sometimes offered for free at reception. This policy was inconsistent and a bit confusing .

The reception staff offered helpful assistance, especially with early check-in. They provided useful information about local attractions. The team displayed genuine hospitality and attentiveness. I was impressed!

central stay experience
early notification amazing room
the staff held my baggage before check-in, this allowed exploration. i received early notification my room was ready and the room had a view. the location is prime, transport picks up at the hotel door.
the hotel did not allow eating food in the room due to concerns about ants. i had to eat in the breakfast area, which sometimes lacked silverware. the wifi did not function, i used a phone hotspot instead.

the room included a comfortable bed and sound insulation when windows were closed. it provided a view over the square and the city. the toilet and shower room was modern and clean.

charmed stay in the heart
central location helpful staff fresh fruit airport transfer
i found the location excellent near many restaurants the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations breakfast included a nice selection of pastries and fresh fruit the room had a lovely view of the nearby square i liked it. the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable i felt relaxed. i appreciated the easy access to public transportation it made exploring very easy. also the hotel arranged a reliable airport transfer.
the elevator was a bit slow it only fits two people with small bags but the stairs were a good alternative

the location was acceptable because it was central.
i booked a room expecting a square view, but i ended up facing a noisy street (which was not ideal). the staff was not helpful when i raised this issue, they just said all rooms in the category were the same.

small room limited space
The breakfast room had live piano music during my meal.
The room I booked did not match the photos. It was small, so there was no space to move around or place my belongings. There were only four hangers, so I could not hang my clothes and had to live out of my suitcase.
