forgotten water slow wi-fi
My stay wasn't exactly smooth sailing! the room service seemed to have a vendetta against me. They forgot my water order. twice. also, the promised wine barrels in the basement were more like sad, empty casks. talk about false advertising. and the wi-fi! it was slower than a snail in molasses. this made posting my travel pics quite the chore!

the room lacked proper soundproofing. noise from the street and upper floors was constant. the bed was also too small for two people considering the room rate.

The breakfast had live music. I heard piano melodies each morning! The garden smelled heavenly. The hotel gifted complimentary red wine with snacks in the courtyard. I loved the unexpected treat.
The elevator was small, which sometimes caused short delays. I noticed this especially during peak hours.

small room false advertisement
The breakfast was good and covers all my wishes for a morning meal.
My room was very small, that wasn't good. The description online said there was a balcony, but it was a lie. You can only get to the balcony by climbing out the window.

mixed feelings about the stay
uncomfortable bed cold eggs
i liked the location of the hotel it was close to the square in chiado.
The bed was uncomfortable it reminded me of sleeping on cardboard. nightclub noise at night made it difficult to sleep even with earplugs. the breakfast selection lacked hot eggs. The eggs were always cold.
