Adequate but Disappointing Service
uninterested staff insufficient storage
I found the staff largely unhelpful. The receptionists seemed preoccupied with their mobile phones rather than assisting guests. Getting a simple coffee at the bar was like a HUGE inconvenience. Therefore, I went elsewhere. The room also lacked sufficient storage space. There was no closet or drawers.

small room disinterested staff
The location was central. It was easy to reach various city attractions.
My room was quite small despite an upgrade. The staff was disinterested in assisting guests. Receptionists seemed more occupied with mobile phones than customer interaction (I found this unprofessional).

Excellent Central Location
vintage design breakfast setting thoughtful staff
The room included nice vintage design. The breakfast setting felt cute. The staff provided a breakfast box when I left early. I appreciated that thoughtfulness.
The air conditioning minimum temperature seemed too warm. It felt uncomfortable for sleeping.

breakfast setting delicious food breakfast box
the breakfast setting was very lovely. the food was also very good. they created a breakfast box for us to take when we had to leave super early.
the safe for valuables was not bolted to anything. it was completely portable.

small room stained carpet
The room was quite small, which I found annoying after a few days. The bathroom felt cramped. It was hard to move around. The shower was also a bit of a struggle, I felt restricted. I noticed some stains on the carpet, and it wasn't very appealing. I think they need to clean or replace that soon (or at least pay more attention to details).

great recommendations wide array reasonable prices small room ample space broken light
The hotel's location made exploring simple. The staff provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of choices. The prices in the bistro were very reasonable.
The room I stayed in was quite small. There wasn't ample space to store luggage easily. The shower was tiny. The light on the mirror was broken.
